Please note that we will not charge your credit card until your item has been shipped from our warehouse. If you would like to cancel an order before this happens, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will attempt to stop the package before it is shipped.We usually ship on the same day.
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so that we can process your request correctly.
Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled on time. We will refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the items within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged (if applicable) and fit for resale.
If you would like to return an item, please first contact our customer service team by email ( click here ). If we do not receive notification from you, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Please do not return anything without first contacting our customer service ( click here ). Once we have received your return, we will refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 days.
If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement product. Please contact our customer service and send us photos of the packaging and the items in question. However, if the packaging is already visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Please note that a claim regarding damaged goods must be made within 14 days of delivery in order to be processed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, our customer service team will contact you to let you know that we have received your return in good order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is visible. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted. If you’ve already done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
